    Good system and install was straight forward enough. This is the only watermark certified tankless RO I could find and that’s important. In Aus if you do not install a watermark compliance device you can have insurance voided if it leaks etc. this is extremely important.

    How often do I change the filters & which ones?

    The P500 uses 3 filters with different lifespans:

    1. Every 6 months: PPC filter (catches dirt, rust, chlorine)
    2. Every 12 months: T33 filter (adds minerals, makes water alkaline)
    3. Every 24 months: RO membrane (removes heavy metals, fluoride, PFAS)

    Don't worry about tracking dates, the system's smart alerts tell you exactly when each filter needs changing.

    Changing filters is ridiculously easy: Just twist off the old one, twist on the new one. Takes 30 seconds, no tools needed.

    Can I use my existing tap or do I need a separate faucet?

    You need a separate tap for your filtered water. Two easy options:

    Option 1: Use a 3-Way Mixer Tap
    If you have (or want) a 3-way kitchen tap, the P500 connects directly to it. No extra holes needed, your existing mixer dispenses pure water alongside hot and cold mains water.

    We sell matching 3-way taps in various finishes, or you can use your existing one. The kit includes all connectors to hook it up.

    Option 2: Dedicated Dual-Function Faucet (Included)
    The P500 comes with a sleek dedicated faucet that gives you:

    • Filtered water: For dishes and general use (basic filtration, only goes through the first stage)
    • Purified water: For drinking and cooking (full RO treatment)

    Installation: Just drill a 28mm hole in your sink (like installing a soap dispenser) and secure the faucet. Takes minutes.

    How does reverse osmosis work?

    Reverse osmosis pushes water through an ultra-fine membrane that blocks contaminants.

    Think of it like the world's finest screen, only pure water molecules can pass through, while PFAS, fluoride, heavy metals, and other nasties get flushed away.

    Here's what makes tankless different: Traditional RO systems filter water slowly and store it in a tank. The P500 filters water instantly as you use it, no storage, no waiting, always fresh.
