Firstly, I am no plumber but this unit is super easy to install and with the amazing help from Anas on a couple of questions, it was a breeze! The unit works well, and I am surprised with the flow for purified water compared to my previous filter. Taste, texture and overall clarity of the water is noticeably different straight away. I purchased Aquala P500 as a replacement for the faulty old direct filter and the product works amazing. The water tastes fantastic, and the unit fits perfectly under the sink. No ugly wires and bulky tank like other filter system out there. Aquala team helped me a tonne making sure I had my ducks in a line prior to purchase which was a big help. Delivery was super fast and installation was really good as heaps of spare parts for basically any configuration was supplied. Had a a hiccup and they were able to assist me making sure I got it sorted. Couldnt be happier to be honest.

Good system and install was straight forward enough. This is the only watermark certified tankless RO I could find and that’s important. In Aus if you do not install a watermark compliance device you can have insurance voided if it leaks etc. this is extremely important.

The delivery was super quick, system works as expected and is very compact compared to traditional tank based RO. so far so good!

Went to Aquala to changeover my Benchtop RO water system to a tankless and the service was impeccable , the installation of this product was super easy as well and my water has been tasting amazing ever since the installation.

Best 3 way tap on the market, it is the statement piece we wanted and does not compromise on style or function as a 3 way tap like all the other taps we researched. We would highly recommend this tap for your Kitchen. It was a breeze to install as it came with a extended tool to tighten the mount nut from below.

We are really happy with our 3 way tap and it looks beautiful installed on our new stone bench tops. We chose this tap because of its great price… glowing reviews and that it was a brushed stainless …rather than the a chrome finish. We took some time between purchase and installation because of tradesman hold ups .. and a small issue with water flow was resolved promptly via customer service. Postage was prompt and all communication was positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase again.
