Terms apply for rural areas and returned item condition.


Shipping

  • Free Australia-wide delivery on all orders (excludes certain rural postcodes).
  • If you fall within a rural area, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Fast, reliable service, track your order from dispatch to doorstep.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any eligible item.
  • Return Criteria: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a system meets the specifications as listed on its product page, it is not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at filter@aquala.au with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges and payment processing fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged through improper use or handling.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
  • Custom or special-order merchandise.
  • Products performing to their listed specifications.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Report any damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries within 3 days to filter@aquala.au.
  • We’ll organize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
