We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
For rural or remote areas, a shipping surcharge may apply. If this applies to your address, we will contact you with a payment link before dispatch. Orders will not ship until this fee is paid.

We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy from the date of the order. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll issue a refund.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- All manuals, accessories, and components must be included.
- Products that perform as described are not eligible for return based solely on performance.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we'll carefully inspect it and notify you regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note:
Refunds exclude original shipping charges and payment processing fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items damaged through improper use or handling.
Products that have already been installed or used.
Custom or special-order items.
Items functioning as stated in the product specifications on our website.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at filter@aquala.au within 3 days of receiving your delivery. We'll swiftly organize a suitable replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
1-Year Warranty
All AQUALA products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If a product fails due to a defect (not due to installation), we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost and cover return shipping.
