"The water tastes cleaner, fresher, and noticeably smoother." Marz P
Most customers notice it on the first glass, the chlorine taste is gone, and what's left is just clean water.
Your Way: 30 Minute DIY or Professional Installation
Tap requirement: The P500 requires a dedicated tap. Use the included dual function tap (28mm hole) or connect to an existing 3-way mixer tap. It cannot connect to standard kitchen taps.
Seven step installation: mount feed adaptor (3/8" tubing), drill and install faucet (28mm hole), attach drain clamp, connect four water ports, plug in power, flush system
DIY install: 30-45 minutes with wrench and drill. Or hire any plumber ($150-300 typical).
Safe by regulation. Not necessarily safe for your family.
Not all filtration is equal. The data makes it clear.
Most filters reduce taste and odour. Only reverse osmosis removes what you can't see.

What's covered under the warranty?
One year, covering the housing, pump, fittings, and all included components. If anything fails, we replace it, no repair delays, no third-party service centres. All claims handled directly by AQUALA's Australian support team. Filter cartridges are consumable items and sit outside warranty coverage, but they're always in stock for fast delivery.
Will it fit under my kitchen sink?
Will it fit under my kitchen sink?
Almost certainly. The P500 measures 37cm × 14cm × 44cm, roughly two shoe boxes stacked. It's 60% smaller than tank-based RO systems, fits cabinets as narrow as 380mm, and positions upright or flat. No drilling. No mounting brackets. If it fits a shoe box, it fits your sink.
Does it actually remove PFAS?
Does it actually remove PFAS?
98% PFAS reduction, verified by independent third-party testing. PFAS molecules are larger than the RO membrane's 0.0001-micron pore size, they're physically blocked, not chemically treated. Download the full NATA lab results from this page and see the data yourself.
How often do I change the filters & which ones?
How often do I change the filters & which ones?
The P500 uses 3 filters with different lifespans:
- Every 6 months: PPC filter (catches dirt, rust, chlorine)
- Every 12 months: T33 filter (adds minerals, makes water alkaline)
- Every 24 months: RO membrane (removes heavy metals, fluoride, PFAS)
Don't worry about tracking dates, the system's smart alerts tell you exactly when each filter needs changing.
Changing filters is ridiculously easy: Just twist off the old one, twist on the new one. Takes 30 seconds, no tools needed.
How will I know it's time to replace the filters?
How will I know it's time to replace the filters?
The system tells you automatically.
The filter replacement is based on a preset time schedule. The P500 system automatically notifies you when each filter is due for replacement. There’s no need to manually track dates, the system is programmed with smart filter alerts that remind you when it’s time to change each filter.
Simple as that, you'll know exactly when to change each filter without thinking about it.

Can I use my existing tap or do I need a separate faucet?
Can I use my existing tap or do I need a separate faucet?
You need a separate tap for your filtered water. Two easy options:
Option 1: Use a 3-Way Mixer Tap
If you have (or want) a 3-way kitchen tap, the P500 connects directly to it. No extra holes needed, your existing mixer dispenses pure water alongside hot and cold mains water.
We sell matching 3-way taps in various finishes, or you can use your existing one. The kit includes all connectors to hook it up.
Option 2: Dedicated Dual-Function Faucet (Included)
The P500 comes with a sleek dedicated faucet that gives you:
- Filtered water: For dishes and general use (basic filtration, only goes through the first stage)
- Purified water: For drinking and cooking (full RO treatment)
Installation: Just drill a 28mm hole in your sink (like installing a soap dispenser) and secure the faucet. Takes minutes.
Already have a filtered water tap or 3 way tap? Connect the P500 to it and use it for pure water only.
How does reverse osmosis work?
How does reverse osmosis work?
Reverse osmosis pushes water through an ultra-fine membrane that blocks contaminants.
Think of it like the world's finest screen, only pure water molecules can pass through, while PFAS, fluoride, heavy metals, and other nasties get flushed away.
Here's what makes tankless different: Traditional RO systems filter water slowly and store it in a tank. The P500 filters water instantly as you use it, no storage, no waiting, always fresh.
The system uses pressure to force water through the 0.0001-micron membrane (that's 500 times finer than a human hair), then adds healthy minerals back before it reaches your tap.
