I purchased Aquala P500 as a replacement for the faulty old direct filter and the product works amazing. The water tastes fantastic, and the unit fits perfectly under the sink. No ugly wires and bulky tank like other filter system out there. Good system and install was straight forward enough. This is the only watermark certified tankless RO I could find and that’s important. In Aus if you do not install a watermark compliance device you can have insurance voided if it leaks etc. this is extremely important.

The delivery was super quick, system works as expected and is very compact compared to traditional tank based RO. so far so good!

Arrived super fast (within 2 days) in perfect condition, well packed...all of the parts were accounted for, installation went smoothly, and the results are just amazing. Our family is super happy to be drinking safe water now! Will definitely buy my replacement filters from AQUALA with confidence next year!

Firstly, I am no plumber but this unit is super easy to install and with the amazing help from Anas on a couple of questions, it was a breeze! The unit works well, and I am surprised with the flow for purified water compared to my previous filter. Taste, texture and overall clarity of the water is noticeably different straight away. I decide to go with Aquala for their compact design as I needed to maximise usage of space under my sink. So far the chlorine smell seems to be gone which is a good sign.

Awesome Products, Easy to Install

I like the convenience of this 3-in-1 tap. It meant we didn’t need to cut through the bench for a separate filter tap; we just replaced our old sink tap with this one and can now easily use cold, hot and filtered from the one place. The tap is great quality and looks high-end despite the cheap price. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased the black tap to replace a rubbish tap from bunnings. Omg..what a difference. Made like a tank, excellent build quality, family thinks I blinged the kitchen with the sleek black look. Best 3 way tap on the market, it is the statement piece we wanted and does not compromise on style or function as a 3 way tap like all the other taps we researched. We would highly recommend this tap for your Kitchen. It was a breeze to install as it came with a extended tool to tighten the mount nut from below.

We are really happy with our 3 way tap and it looks beautiful installed on our new stone bench tops. We chose this tap because of its great price… glowing reviews and that it was a brushed stainless …rather than the a chrome finish. We took some time between purchase and installation because of tradesman hold ups .. and a small issue with water flow was resolved promptly via customer service. Postage was prompt and all communication was positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase again.

Fabulous 3 way mixer tap. Similar local products were more than double the price, made from unhealthy brass and chrome-plated. This healthy stainless steel mixer is stylish, functional, practical and water-flow is a good pressure. Prompt delivery and excellent quality. Very happy with this purchase. Even my plumber was impressed. Will definitely recommend to others.

Excellent tap, and great service to NZ customer. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t work well on our unequal pressure hot and cold tank water… but it is brilliant. Love that it’s non toxic ss as well.
